About Louise

The Farm

Louise is committed to sustainable, nature friendly and low impact farming practices. The farm celebrates the beauty of nature and the importance of biodiversity and soil repair.

Louise has established several successful breeding programs focused on preserving endangered British native rare breeds. Raised on the diverse Exmoor pasture, and for longer than commercial animals the meat from these rare breeds will form the basis for many of the dishes at The Farm Kitchen.

Masterchef

As a long-time Masterchef fan, Louise poured her heart into every dish winning multiple challenges and rave reviews from judges and guest chefs, earning herself a place in the 2024 final.

During the show Louise worked alongside and learnt from many chefs and mentors including the Michelin starred chefs Malcolm Lee, Niklas Ekstadt and the great Michel Roux Jr. Louise took great inspiration from these experiences and carries this in her cooking today.

The Farm Kitchen

In a converted 18th century stable block on her farm, Louise hosts a monthly restaurant. Here she creates and cooks exceptional food using the best seasonal produce from her farm and surroundings.

The Farm Kitchen is also available for private parties - come and celebrate your special event with a personalised menu built and cooked by Louise, especially for your event.
