The Farm Kitchen, offers an intimate farm-to-table dining experience where seasonal British ingredients are turned into creative and thoughtful multi-course menus.
Dishes change throughout the year but have included options such as crab bon bon with Exmoor caviar, Whiteface Dartmoor hogget with smoked whey sauce, Exmoor venison with juniper and carrots, and puddings like honey panna cotta with whortleberries and thyme and rhubarb and custard ice cream sandwich.
Guests often praise the cooking for being “seasonal and British but also playful and nostalgic” “bold and daring,” “precise and full of flavour,” and a “celebration of the best of British produce”, highlighting the quality of ingredients raised on the surrounding farm and local area.
