The Farm Kitchen - March Feast
Join Louise on 28th March in her beautifully restored 18th century barn on her farm on Exmoor National Park.
You will experience the thoughtful and inventive cooking of Masterchef finalist and farmer Louise as she cooks an indulgent and generous 5 course seasonal supper inspired by and celebrating ingredients from her farm and kitchen garden.
These events are very special evenings and are not to be missed.
The menu for March includes beautiful grass fed beef from the neighbouring farm, where different cuts will be cooked across the courses. The wild garlic is already popping up on the farm which will be featured in the bread course with slow cooked beef.
The full menu will be announced soon as it will be dependent on what is available in the kitchen garden and what can be foraged locally.
