The Farm Kitchen - First Anniversary Feast
Join Louise on 25th April in her beautifully restored 18th century barn on her farm on Exmoor National Park.
You will experience the thoughtful and inventive cooking of Masterchef finalist and farmer Louise as she cooks an indulgent and generous 5 course supper.
These events are very special evenings and not to be missed.
The Masterchef Menu - all dishes cooked by Louise on Masterchef
Drinks and snacks: Winter Savoury Martini, Canales with chicken liver parfait, pickled walnuts and raisin and caper gel (Canape challenge)
To start: Crab and curd fritter, peas and broad brans, burnt lemon gel (dish based on a previous contestant challenge)
Bread: Bacon panna cotta, kale cake, pork scratching tuile, black pudding and chorizo crumb (create a theatrical dish challenge)
Main: Middlewhite pork, hispi cabbage with home cured bacon, juniper and sherry, mustard mash, sherry sauce, crackling (quarter final challenge)
Pud: Mushroom souflee, woodruff ice cream, blueberries (fire cooking with Niklas Ekstadt)
