Spring 2024
Summer Savoury martini with nettle and Westcombe cheddar custard canapés
Crab bon bon, Exmoor caviar, peas, broad beans and marigold. Burnt lemon gel

Autumn 2024
A feast over fire
Toast, cooked over flames, and dripping, bay salt

12 hour smoked grass fed beef, coal roasted crown prince squash, January king cabbage, hay sauce
